With 550 Swiss Francs annually you can sponsor a child.
This covers:
- Board and Logging
- Teaching Materials
- School Uniform
Also covered, pro-rata:
- Energy, water, etc.
- Transport cost for goods to Lo-Manthang
For years, a single donor has paid the teachers’ salaries.
As a sponsor, you assume no legal responsibilities. It’s best if the sponsorships could run for several years and if possible, until the end of the 10th grade. Sponsors receive an annual report on their child’s progress.
